Planting The Seeds Of Success Today, Reaping The Rewards Tomorrow

There’s an old saying, “You reap what you sow”.  This means whatever you put in, you get out.  This can be something positive or something negative.  Whenever you go out and make a bunch of attempts at anything, whether it’s approaching women, making sales calls, or working out on a regular basis, it may be frustrating now because you’re not seeing the results you want, but it does pay off in the long run.

Most of the attempts you make in life is a learning experience.  You have to overcome something so you can have mastery over it.  If you’re shy, you’ll notice that your sales and your attempts at approaching women will fall short.  You have to overcome your shyness to start seeing the results you want to see.  As your confidence grows, so does your success, even if you are getting rejection.  With each rejection, you learn a little something new.  You become a little more tougher.  So you may not get what you want from one specific person or attempt, but overall, you get something more… the confidence to keep going.

If you find yourself in a situation where it seems like nothing is going your way, ask yourself,

“What can I do better?”

“What resources do I have that I can use to my advantage?”

“What do I need to learn to overcome this?”

“Is this a sign I should give up or a learning experience?”

If you want to start a business, your first business may fail, but if you start another business, that one may have great success.  No one wants to lose a lot of money starting a business, but that money lost could have been your education.  When your next business succeeds, you may get ten times the money you lost.  You may plan a little better at your second attempt.  You may spend your money a little better.  You may understand this business a lot better than the last.

Working out is not very motivating if you have a lot of fat you need to get rid of.  Everyday you look in the mirror, you don’t see the results you want. When you learn more about nutrition and how to workout more effectively to burn fat, you’ll notice that your success starts to accelerate.  You may have been losing more muscle in the past, but now you’re building muscle.  You may have been eating too many or too little calories, but now you’re eating the right amount of calories and still feeling satiated after every meal.  It’s not hard to lift a weight or get on a treadmill.  The hard part is doing it on a consistent basis.  When you prepare your mind to workout on certain days, after a while your mind will accept it and it will be a part of your regular routine.  When you consistently workout effectively and eat right, you’ll notice the results come in a lot faster.  The moment you see an inch come off your waist, you’ll notice after one year, you’ve come a long way.
